Returns and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service and sets out the rules and procedures for canceling subscriptions and refunds for services provided by SPACE FOR CHANGE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEALNOŚCIĄ.

General provisions

The Company is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy. This Policy applies to all subscription plans offered through our Service. By using our Service on a subscription basis, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Interpretation and definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy, the definitions in the Terms of Service apply. Additionally, the following definitions apply:

Billing period means the period for which the subscription fee is charged, which may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, depending on the plan selected.

Cancellation means termination of automatic renewal of your subscription by you or the Company in accordance with the terms set out in this Policy.

Proportional return means a refund of the portion of the subscription fee corresponding to the unused period of the Service.

Unsubscribe

Cancellation by user

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Service account panel. Canceling your subscription will stop automatic billing starting with your next billing period. Access to the Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

The subscription cancellation process requires logging into your account and navigating to the subscription management section. The system requires confirmation of your cancellation to prevent accidental cancellations. Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel a user's subscription in the event of a violation of the Terms of Service, in particular if the Service is used in an unlawful manner, infringes the rights of third parties, or in a manner that may harm the operation of the Service. In such a case, cancellation is effective immediately, without any right to a refund of the unused portion of the subscription fee.

Returns Policy

Right to withdraw from the contract

Under applicable law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. This right applies only to consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code.

In the case of a subscription that begins immediately after the conclusion of the contract, the user expressly consents to the commencement of the Service provision before the withdrawal period expires. If the right of withdrawal is exercised after the commencement of the Service provision, the user is obligated to pay for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal.

Refund in case of dissatisfaction with the Service

The Company offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new users. If a user is dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of starting their first paid subscription, they may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription and does not apply to renewals or reactivations.

A refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee requires a valid request stating the reasons for dissatisfaction with the Service. The Company reserves the right to contact the user to collect feedback to improve the Service.

Proportional return

If you cancel your annual or semi-annual subscription during your billing period, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused period, provided the cancellation occurs within the first 60 days of the start of the billing period. The refund is calculated pro rata for the unused days in the billing period.

Pro-rata refunds are not available for monthly plans or for cancellations made after 60 days from the start of the billing period for long-term plans.

Procedure for submitting a refund application

A refund request should be submitted via the contact form available in the user panel or sent to support@miromate.com. The request should include the user's account number, the transaction date, and the reason for the refund request.

The Company processes refund requests within 14 business days of receiving a complete request. If additional information is required, this period may be extended, and the user will be notified accordingly.

The decision to grant or deny a refund will be communicated to the user electronically, along with the reasons for the decision. If the refund is denied, the user has the right to appeal within 14 days of receiving the decision.

Form and deadline for refund

Refunds will be made to the account or payment card from which the original payment was made. In exceptional cases, if a refund to the original payment source is not possible, the Company will contact the user to arrange an alternative refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the positive refund decision. The actual time it takes for the funds to be credited to the user's account depends on the policy of the bank or payment provider and may take an additional 3 to 10 business days.

Returns Policy Exclusions

The right to a refund does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Using the Service in a manner that violates the Terms of Service or applicable law will result in account cancellation by the Company.
  2. Attempting to abuse the returns policy by creating multiple accounts and using the satisfaction guarantee.
  3. Promotional plans or periodic special offers, unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
  4. Additional services or one-time purchases of functionality that have been fully implemented.

Price and subscription plan changes

If the price of a subscription plan changes, users with an active subscription will retain the current price until the end of the current billing period. The new price will apply from the next billing period, and the user will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Upgrading your subscription plan is possible at any time and results in a pro rata credit for any unused portion of your current plan towards the new plan. Downgrading your subscription plan will take effect in the next billing period.

Final provisions

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change. Users will be notified of any significant changes in advance. Continued use of the Service after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.

In matters not covered by this Policy, the provisions of the Terms of Service and applicable law shall apply, in particular provisions on the protection of consumer rights.
